Michael is the owner and lead trainer at Outlier Athletics with 15 years of hands-on experience in custom fitness training.

“I believe that hands-on personal training is an effective way to establish healthful life patterns whether you’re 8 or 80. My varied background allows me to customize my training methods to meet each client’s specific needs. I take great pleasure in working with people who are new or returning to the gym. From those with special needs who want to improve their quality of life to those just want to revitalize their life energy.”
